1. Shipping Zones: We currently deliver to almost all addresses within India. If your location is not within our shipping zones, kindly contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation of the order. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the quantity and availability of the items ordered.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD): If a customer rejects a COD parcel, they will no longer be eligible for COD on future orders. Any future COD orders placed by the same customer will be subject to cancellation at our discretion.

Order rejections result in forward and return shipping costs, which we must bear. Given our thin margins and truly wholesale pricing, we are unable to absorb these costs.

4. Shipping Methods and Providers:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping option, providing reliable delivery within a timeframe at a predefined cost based on the weight (including volume weight) of the items ordered.
  • Customized Tailored Shipping: This option is available for orders above ₹20,000. We discuss the most effective shipping method with the customer based on their preference and urgency. Available options may include rail transport, VRL logistics, intercity buses, Gati, Delhivery, and similar shipping methods.
  • Self-Pickup: This option allows you to pick up your order directly from our Godown location, with no shipping costs incurred.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and the delivery destination.
  • For Standard Shipping, the applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
  • For the Low-Cost Tailored Shipping option, shipping costs will be discussed with the customer. Customers will need to pay the shipping cost once the courier selection is finalized. If the shipping is on a 'to pay' basis, customers can settle the shipping fee directly with the logistic partner at the time of parcel receipt.

6. Delivery Time: Most pin codes can expect delivery within 7 days. However, for some regions, delivery may take around 10-12 days. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Additionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

7. Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery on the shipping provider's website.

8. Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable to receive your order during the delivery attempt, the shipping provider may make subsequent attempts or leave a notification for re-delivery or pickup. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy: It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

10. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to Bhutan and Nepal. For detailed information, please contact our customer support number.

11. Order Status Inquiries: For any questions or concerns regarding your order or delivery status, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

12. Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts: In case a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. Alternatively, a refund may be issued for the cost of the items minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred.

13. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control affecting shipping and delivery times, we will make every effort to inform customers and minimize disruptions. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

14. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify our Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
