Not satisfied with your order? No worries! You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days—no questions asked!

Exceptions:

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Customized orders (including personalized or made-to-order products).

Easy Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? You can do so before it goes into processing, and we’ll refund your full amount—hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

✔ The item is unused and in its original packaging.

✔ You provide a digital order receipt or proof of purchase.

✔ You request a return before sending back the item. Unrequested returns won’t be accepted.

Shipping Costs

To maintain our competitive wholesale prices, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We appreciate your understanding!

Damages & Issues

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Contact us immediately upon receipt, and we’ll make it right for you!

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after pickup.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
