The customer is responsible for both the forward and return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the refund will be initiated after deducting any shipping costs, both forward and return, as well as any payment gateway fees incurred. We currently deliver to a wide range of addresses within India, Bhutan, and Nepal, provided that the delivery location is feasible and courier or transportation services are available.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the quantity and availability of the items ordered.
- Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping option, providing reliable delivery within a timeframe at a predefined cost based on the weight (including volume weight) of the items ordered.
- Low-Cost Shipping: This option is available for orders above 20,000 INR. After discussing with the customer, we determine the most cost-effective shipping method for your specific needs.
- Self-Pickup: This option allows you to pick up your order directly from our Godown location, with no shipping costs incurred.
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery, or a refund may be issued minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred.
